Sometimes when you unlink a Roku player from your account and try to re-link it you can't get the "full access" icon to appear so that you can get a linking code.  Follow these steps to be able to re-link your player to your account:

1. From your Roku home screen, select the channel store.
2. Select "My Channels" (it is usually the top row in the list of channels so you need to push the up arrow once to see it)
3. Select TheGymbox channel
4. Select "Remove from MyChannels"
5. Unplug your Roku, wait 5-10 seconds, and plug it back in.
6. On your computer, login to your account at www.thegymbox.com/login and remove any devices that show up in your account - leave your account open because you will need it in a minute.
7. On your Roku, go to the channel store -> sprots and fitness and reinstall TheGymbox channel.
8. Select "Go To Channel" or just navigate to TheGymbox channel from your home screen.
9. Open TheGymbox channel on your Roku.
10. Click the "Full Access" icon (if the icon is not displayed, give us a call at 800-303-6976) to get a linking code.
11. On your computer login (or just open the window with your account sitll open from step 6). Enter the linking code where it says "add a device" and click the "add" button.
12. Wait for your Roku to show the congratulations screen (should take less than 30 seconds).
You should be ready to go.  If not, you can open a support ticket or call customer support for help.
